Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, and VAVs across the DFW Metroplex. Perform preventative maintenance, identify system deficiencies, and complete service documentation while adhering to safety procedures. Maintain professional relationships with customers and facility personnel. Work 40+ hours per week with structured on-call rotations and overtime opportunities. Earn $35-$50+/hour DOE.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to work on-call rotation (1 week backup, 1 week primary, 6-8 weeks between rotations)
- Must be available for some after-hours and emergency service work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with commercial chillers
- RTU expertise
- NATE Certification
- Experience working independently in the field
