Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and coordinate day-to-day agreements or projects to meet contractual commitments. Respond to a heavy workload of service calls, communicate effectively with customers, follow troubleshooting guides to identify problems quickly, verify system operations and safety, and ensure customer concerns are addressed. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, read applicable manuals, complete service reports with customer signatures, and participate in professional memberships to enhance skills. This role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and extensive experience with commercial HVAC components including built-up systems, package units, chillers, boilers, controls, refrigeration, and related equipment. Relocation assistance is provided as part of the benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Universally EPA Certified
- Minimum of 7 years experience with maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider
