Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative

Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative responsible for selling Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners (primarily at the Director level), building long-term partnerships, renewing service agreements, and expanding offerings within managed accounts. The role involves persuasively selling Johnson Controls solutions, managing the full sales process to close monthly opportunities, expanding service and retrofit opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Targets include selling renewable service agreements and multi-year contracts, and developing relationships with owner representatives to influence decision-makers and achieve optimal profitability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (or equivalent sales experience in HVAC/building automation), at least six years of field sales experience, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. The salary range is $64,000–$92,000 plus incentives, with competitive benefits and on-site employment.
