Job Summary
Supervises a team of entry to intermediate level Field Service professionals or Field Service Technicians; manages day-to-day priorities in solving client issues, optimizes manpower and resources, responds to customer complaints, escalates key issues to senior management, forecasts and documents financial performance against plan, meets with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities, recruits/hire/train technicians, coordinates scheduling by skill level and training needs, reviews work orders and invoices for accuracy, supervises field technicians in equipment repair, maintenance, start-up, and related duties, resolves warranty and product issues, and develops career paths and training plans to minimize attrition while delivering high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in a Commercial HVAC Field Service role
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment over 8 feet and lifting items up to 50lbs
- Valid and current Driver’s License and insurable by company’s insurance
