Commercial HVAC Service Journeyman

Service, diagnose, and maintain a wide variety of commercial mechanical systems with high autonomy, applying foundational refrigeration cycles and heat transfer laws to resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues. Manage jobs through the internal BuildOps system to track asset history and update clients in real time while operating aerial lifts and testing instruments safely. Enforce strict Lock-Out/Tag-Out protocols and code compliance on every call. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, EPA Universal certification, and the ability to read mechanical drawings.
