Job Summary
Sell commercial HVAC service agreements across Dallas-Fort Worth, proactively identifying opportunities and building relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and commercial decision makers. Conduct site visits and facility evaluations, follow up on repair and replacement opportunities, reactivate former customers, and maintain accurate CRM records to provide pipeline visibility. You’ll identify openings, generate recurring revenue, and help shape sales strategy and execution, with compensation consisting of a base salary plus commission and expected earnings of $100,000 to $120,000+, in a role designed for autonomy and long-term growth.
