Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, installation, and maintenance teams while managing scheduling, dispatching, and workflow coordination. Monitor job performance, quality control, and customer satisfaction across all commercial accounts, and recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and support staff. Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses, and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards, and identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements. Lead a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced, service-driven environment in East Texas.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, and industry best practices
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled technicians
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
Desired Qualifications

- Experience with service management software and scheduling platforms
