Job Summary
Install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, ice machines); diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems; respond to emergency service calls; manage refrigerants per EPA regulations; read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics; service and replace compressors, motors, fans, and other components; provide professional customer service to retail and commercial clients; log service reports and coordinate with dispatch, customers, and team members; work independently or as part of a team; participate in on-call rotations and adhere to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Technicians are expected to supply their own standard hand tools
- Ability to complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
