Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems while maintaining a stocked van and sharp tools. Deliver quality service with integrity to customers and support staff, working independently or as part of a team. Manage on-call emergencies for nights and weekends, and invest in skills through training and certifications. Lift up to 75 lbs and work in extreme temperatures, including attics and heights up to 45 feet, while adhering to all safety procedures. Earn up to $45 an hour with benefits starting day one, including health coverage, 401K match, and a company vehicle.

- Dexterity for connecting electrical components and making precise measurements
- Ability to follow all applicable safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in commercial HVAC — refrigeration experience
- Universal EPA certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles
- Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic technology skills — navigating mobile apps and documentation with ease
