Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems while keeping your van stocked and tools sharp. Deliver quality service and integrity daily, communicating effectively with customers and support staff. Maintain reliability for nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies, adhering to all safety procedures. Lift and carry up to 75 lbs, working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces including attics and crawl spaces. Navigate mobile apps and documentation with ease, utilizing your 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience and Universal EPA certification.

- Ability to work at heights of 45 feet or higher
- Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods
- Dexterity for connecting electrical components
- Dexterity for making precise measurements
- Ability to follow all applicable safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in commercial HVAC — refrigeration experience
- Universal EPA certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles
- Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic technology skills
- Ability to navigate mobile apps and documentation with ease
