Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems while maintaining a stocked van and sharp tools. Deliver quality service and integrity to customers and support staff, working independently or as part of a team. Manage on-call emergencies for nights and weekends, ensuring reliability across all shifts. Maintain physical readiness for lifting up to 75 lbs, working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, and climbing heights up to 45 feet. Adhere to all safety procedures and navigate mobile documentation apps with ease.

Desired Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles
- Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
- Universal EPA certification
- Basic technology skills
