Job Summary
Commercial HVAC Foreman Service Technician responsible for supervising technicians, providing maintenance and repair for chillers (air and/or water-cooled, centrifugal) and other HVAC/refrigeration systems in commercial/industrial settings. Tasks include diagnosing complex system issues, identifying and quoting repair/upgrade solutions to extend equipment life and save energy, maintaining accurate reporting, scheduling/planning tasks, and upholding strong customer relationships while meeting commitments. Requires 10+ years HVAC experience, HVAC 313A license, G2 gas license/ODP certification, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and union eligibility. The role emphasizes field-based work with access to factory OEM training and union benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10+ years of HVAC Experience
- HVAC 313A License
- G2 Gas License/Certificate (ODP) certification
- Valid driver's license
- Must be in good standing with Union Local 787, or eligible to become a member
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to stand, crawl, sit and squat for extended period of times
- Must be able to climb a ladder and work with heights
