Job Summary
Conduct commercial HVAC equipment replacements, including rooftop units and adapter curbs, while working under Crew Leader supervision on teams of 4 to 6 members. Travel nationally on 3 to 4 week deployment cycles, operating Mobile Elevating Work Platforms, Telehandlers, and cranes after required certifications within 90 days. Maintain OSHA compliance and work overtime in outdoor conditions across hot and cold weather. Requires 3-5 years of trade experience, state journeyman licensing, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in the trade working under the direction/supervision of a Master HVAC mechanic
- ability to pass journeyman testing in certain states as required to work
- working knowledge of OSHA guidelines for construction industry and/or prior training in OSHA requirements
- 3-5 years experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety
- The ability to acquire licenses required to work on jobs in certain states (Journeyman licensing)
- Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)

Desired Qualifications
- Within 90 days of employment, Journeyman are required to become certified in the use of the following equipment: Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP/Aerial Scissor Lift), Telehandler Forklift Certification, Crane Rigger/Signal Person Certification, OSHA 10 Certification
