Job Summary
Install HVAC systems and ductwork for commercial projects in Tampa; run and manage a job from start to finish, following supervisor instructions; supervise other installers; ensure installation standards are met through documentation and tracking; install service parts and components in accordance with local codes; maintain professional relationships with builders and customers; be prepared to work on-site in Tampa, with potential off-shift hours; maintain a professional appearance and attitude; handle paperwork, change orders, and timecards; perform job site inspections and coordinate with inspectors; physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds and working in construction-site conditions; EPA 608/OSHA 10/MEWP certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in the HVAC/R industry
- Knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation techniques, and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with tools used in the installation and repair of HVAC systems
- Possess the tools required for their level of experience
- Experience installing round and rectangular duct
- Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
- Ability to complete all necessary paperwork
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
