Job Summary
Assist in the installation and replacement of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, adapter curbs, and electrical connections. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues while performing routine tasks like changing filters and cleaning ducts. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, document work performed, and keep accurate records. Complete assigned tasks and projects under the supervision of senior employees. Ability to travel throughout the U.S. on 3-to-4-week deployment cycles. Work 60-70 hour weeks with overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 year of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety
- Willingness to travel: 100%
- Ability to work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditions
- Language: English
- Driver's License
- National Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR)
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work overtime
