Job Summary
Assist in the installation and replacement of commercial HVAC systems, including wiring, electrical connections, rooftop units, and adapter curbs. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues while performing routine tasks like changing filters and cleaning ducts. Maintain tools, document work performed, and follow safety protocols under the supervision of experienced technicians. Complete assigned projects while traveling throughout the U.S. on 3-to-4-week deployment cycles. Work 60-70 hour weeks with overtime eligibility, operating in outdoor elements across hot and cold weather conditions. Requires a driver's license, high school diploma, and 1-3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 year of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety
- Willingness to travel: 100%
- Ability to work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditions
- English
- Driver's License
- National Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR)
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work overtime
