Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, heating systems, and ventilation components. Perform installation of new equipment, ductwork, piping, and wiring according to specifications and building codes. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, identify repair needs, and implement solutions while collaborating with project managers to ensure installations complete accurately and on schedule. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the process. Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including installation reports, equipment specifications, and inventory records. Be prepared to travel outside the main territory, including overnight stays for certain projects. Provide excellent customer service, address client issues, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Masters, Journeyman, and Apprentice license
- relevant experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration field
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, heating systems, and ventilation components
- Perform installation of new equipment, ductwork, piping and wiring according to specifications and building codes
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems, identify repair needs, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure installations are completed accurately and on schedule
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC/R systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the installation process
- Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including installation reports, equipment specifications, and inventory records
- Be able to travel outside of our main territory, including but not limited to overnights stays for certain projects
