Commercial HVAC Helper

Job Summary
Assist lead technicians with service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC systems. Help with equipment setup, tear-out, and installation; perform basic maintenance tasks (filter changes, coil cleaning, drain flushing, etc.); carry tools and support jobsite efficiency; learn to read gauges, take measurements, and understand system operation; maintain clean and organized job sites; follow all safety procedures and company standards; begin learning proper documentation and communication on jobs. This role is an entry-level path with 0–2 years HVAC or mechanical experience, and requires a valid Texas driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and the ability to work in a team environment. Training includes exposure to commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, splits, package units), electrical basics, preventive maintenance, and proper installation practices for a career in the field.
Required Qualifications

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders/rooftops
