Job Summary
Lead installation crews in commercial HVAC projects; supervise installers and subcontractors; interpret drawings/specs; ensure safe, on-time, on-budget completion; enforce safety and quality standards; maintain records; coordinate with PMs/GCs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role
- Valid HVAC license or journeyman certification (where applicable)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, ductwork, piping, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
