Job Summary
Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members while acting as the technical go-to for the Team Dispatcher during the Field Supervisor's absence. Assist in evaluating technician skills, creating development plans, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Manage after-hours and emergency service calls, proactively addressing warranty or credit issues, and ensure quoted work is completed within allotted time. Support the sales and quote department with technical information required for bids. Maintain superior customer relations, keep the vehicle clean, and wear proper uniform. Complete the MSCA Star Certification Test and attend union training courses for continued education.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive HVAC field knowledge
- Minimum 10 years' service field experience
- Extensive Safety knowledge and training
- Minimum 10 years field experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- MSCA Star Certified
- Ability to take and complete the Star Certification Test
