Job Summary
Maintain daily operations of boilers, completing daily checks and maintaining necessary operating records. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to boilers and associated equipment, including monthly safety testing and annual tuning and inspections. Monitor chemical feeds and exhaust/stack emissions for all systems. Complete tasks while available for emergency call outs and working with other trades and client staff. Requires Rule 1415 certification and 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed 4-year apprenticeship program or technical schooling
- Must have 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience
- Must be available for emergency call outs
- Must be a team player and able to work with other trades and client's staff
- Rule 1415 certified
- Valid driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens)
