Job Summary
Maintain daily operations of boilers by completing daily checks, performing PM maintenance and repairs, and conducting monthly safety testing. Execute annual tuning and inspections while monitoring chemical feeds and exhaust/stack emissions. Must have completed a 4-year apprenticeship program or technical schooling with 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience. Rule 1415 certification required; EMS experience is a plus. Valid driver's license in good standing necessary. Available for emergency call outs. Team player who works with other trades and client staff. Mesa-based role requires onsite presence.
Required Qualifications
