Job Summary
Maintain daily operations of boilers by completing daily checks, maintaining operating records, and performing preventative maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot, test, and repair all boiler controls and system components while conducting monthly safety tests and annual tuning inspections. Monitor chemical feeds and exhaust/stack emissions to ensure system compliance. This role requires a Rule 1415 certified technician with 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, available for emergency callouts. Compensation ranges from $31.32 to $65.49 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed 4-year apprenticeship program or technical schooling
- Must have 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience
- Must be available for emergency call outs
- Must be a team player and able to work with other trades and client's staff
- Rule 1415 certified
- Valid driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens)
