Commercial HVAC Apprentice/ Raleigh, NC / $20 / Enrolled in or recent grad of HVAC AAS program

HVAC Apprentice in Raleigh, NC enrolled in or a graduate of an A.A.S. in HVAC. Program length includes 6,000–8,000 on-the-job training hours (~3–4 years) with a hybrid model of competency-based and time-based learning. Start wage is $20/hour with increases to $25/hour upon completion, plus a stipend during class. You will gain hands-on experience in HVAC system installation and maintenance, electrical wiring and troubleshooting, refrigeration diagnostics, blueprint reading and ductwork fabrication, and energy-efficient system operations. The program provides mentorship, industry-recognized credentials through a state apprenticeship, a comprehensive benefits package, tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year, a company vehicle, and a clear path to journey-level technician. Ideal candidates are enrolled or graduated from the NC community college HVAC program, possess a strong work ethic, basic mechanical/problem-solving skills, team orientation, reliable transportation, and pass a drug screen and background check.
