Job Summary
Conduct commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units and adapter curbs under the supervision of Crew Leaders on teams of 4 to 6 members. Travel nationally throughout the U.S. on 3 to 4 week deployment cycles while adhering to OSHA construction safety guidelines and working in outdoor elements across hot and cold weather conditions. Read and comprehend company policies and procedures; work overtime when required. Requires 1 year of trade experience, a driver's license, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in the trade working under the direction/supervision of a Journeyman or Master HVAC mechanic
- knowledge of OSHA construction safety guidelines
- Willingness to work overtime hours when required
- Ability to work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditions
- Ability to read and comprehend company policies, procedures and job duties
- 1 year of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety
- Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
