Job Summary
Conduct commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units and adapter curbs under the supervision of Crew Leaders on teams of 4 to 6 members. Travel nationally on 3 to 4 week deployment cycles while applying OSHA construction safety guidelines and reading company policies. Work in outdoor elements across hot and cold weather conditions, including roofs, and be prepared for overtime hours when required. Maintain a driver's license and pass pre-employment screening including background checks and MVR records. This hourly non-exempt role offers tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) retirement and up to 10 days paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in the trade working under the direction/supervision of a Journeyman or Master HVAC mechanic
- knowledge of OSHA construction safety guidelines
- Willingness to work overtime hours when required
- Ability to work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditions
- Ability to read and comprehend company policies, procedures and job duties
- 1 year of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety
- Ability to work overtime
- Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
