Job Summary
Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans, by removing grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized equipment. Work on rooftops, ladders, and inside commercial kitchen exhaust systems while traveling to customer locations as part of a crew. Follow company safety procedures and standards to deliver professional, dependable service. This physically active, hands-on overnight position involves indoor and outdoor environments with consistent ladder climbing and rooftop tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work overnight schedules consistently
- Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights
