Job Summary
The Commercial Helper I rides on the vehicle and assists a Driver in providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers on a designated residential route. Responsibilities include safely loading waste, carrying bags and containers to the vehicle, directing the Driver from the ground, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and route area, performing pre- and post-operation inspections, interacting courteously with customers and dispatchers, monitoring waste for acceptable quality, adhering to safety standards, and performing other duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications include two years of relevant work experience.
