Commercial Healthcare Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee multiple concurrent commercial construction projects, managing preconstruction, permitting, and execution while coordinating planning and scheduling. Direct subcontractor procurement and negotiations, review budgets and GMP proposals, and monitor financial performance through forecasting and margin control. Ensure compliance with contract documents and regulations, mitigate project risks, and enforce safety standards and quality control practices. Mentor project teams and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers. Participate in client presentations and contract negotiations. Requires 8–10 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Procore and Primavera P6. Full-time, 1st shift with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including large or complex projects
- Experience supervising and mentoring project teams
- Strong financial knowledge including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Proficiency in Procore
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel may be required
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk large construction job sites at various stages of development
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
