Commercial Healthcare Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee multiple concurrent commercial construction projects, managing preconstruction, permitting, and execution while coordinating planning and scheduling. Review and approve budgets, cost estimates, and bids; monitor financial performance through forecasting and margin control. Direct subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and project buyouts while ensuring compliance with contract documents and company safety standards. Mentor project teams and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and agencies. Participate in client presentations, contract negotiations, and pursuit efforts. Requires 8–10 years of experience, proficiency in Procore and Primavera P6, and ability to travel consistently. Reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including large or complex projects
- Experience supervising and mentoring project teams
- Strong financial knowledge including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Proficiency in Procore
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel may be required
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk large construction job sites at various stages of development
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
