Job Summary
Full-time Groundskeeper responsible for the exterior and common-area spaces of assigned properties across Springfield locations. Duties include trash and debris removal, monitoring exterior/building conditions and signage, breezeway housekeeping, flower and tree maintenance, snow and ice removal, dog waste/cigarette butt removal, and assisting the Maintenance Tech with maintenance tasks. Must be able to drive between multiple locations, adapt to seasonal changes, and provide good customer service with residents and coworkers. Positive, independent worker with clear communication skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive to multiple locations throughout the day
- Comfort with outdoor work
- Positive communication skills
- Customer service experience with residents and coworkers
- Ability to handle snow and ice removal
- Ability to perform landscaping and maintenance tasks
- Team-oriented and able to assist Maintenance Tech as needed
