Job Summary
Drive end-to-end governance and execution discipline across APAC Commercial Governance & Innovation, coordinating workstreams for sales effectiveness, pricing, and digitalisation. Translate commercial and performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership while establishing program governance, including milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution. Partner with regional and business line leaders to ensure alignment, leading governance reviews, performance reporting, and executive communications. Manage multiple transformation initiatives from problem definition through benefit realization, leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in Regional PMO, program management, project management, business analysis, consulting, or transformation roles within multinational and matrix organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Strong understanding of commercial excellence, sales effectiveness, customer experience, pricing strategy, digital enablement, business transformation, or related areas
- Experience working in APAC or other complex regional environments with diverse stakeholders, business models, and operational requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and strategic recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, including the ability to create high-impact, data-driven management materials
- High proficiency in data analysis, KPI management, dashboards, reporting tools, and practical use of AI-enabled technologies to drive insights, efficiency, and decision making
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, resilient, and comfortable facilitating governance discussions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional alignment sessions
- Strong English communication skills
