Commercial Governance DACH (w/m/x)

Commercial Governance DACH role responsible for developing, implementing and governing a unified Client Opportunity Governance Framework in the DACH region; oversees implementation, maintenance, training and continuous improvement of the framework; ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and authorization matrix; owner of the Client Opportunity Governance process across DACH, harmonizing governance processes, tools and templates across entities; manages and develops governance tools to improve quality and efficiency; advises opportunity teams on governance requirements and decision processes; organizes and moderates governance committees and management decision rounds; documents and tracks obligations of client opportunity approvals; develops and maintains KPIs and management reports; collaborates with European/global teams to ensure approvals and framework standards across Europe/global levels.
