Oversee all phases of commercial base building construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, including estimating, budgeting, subcontractor management, permitting, procurement, schedules, and quality/safety compliance. Lead design reviews, value engineering, and coordination with architects/engineers/internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining company quality standards.
