Job Summary
Coordinate construction project documentation, scheduling, permitting, contract administration, budget tracking, and communications among project stakeholders. Support bidding and procurement, monitor budgets and invoices, prepare meeting materials and status reports, and assist with project closeout documentation. Requires 2+ years in construction administration or related role; degree preferred in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Engineering; strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related role
- Commercial construction experience preferred
