Required Qualifications

• •Familiarity with small hand tools
• •Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
• •Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift
• •Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• •Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs
• •Must have a high school diploma
• •Must be able to read blueprints
• •Must be able to follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy
• •Must be able to maintain accurate records and follow company processes
• •Must be able to foster strong relationships with both coworkers and customers
• •Must be able to take ownership of tasks and seek opportunities for cross-training
• •Must be able to follow all prescribed safety rules and procedures
• •Must be able to cooperate in every aspect of the company's safety program
• •Must be able to follow safe work practices
• •Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• •Must be able to pass a background check

Desired Qualifications

• •High school diploma preferred
• •Previous experience in office furniture installation is a plus
• •Ability to read blueprints is preferred
• •Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
