Job Summary
Unpack, install, and assemble commercial furniture for residential and commercial clients while following detailed blueprints and installation techniques. Maintain accurate records, handle equipment responsibly, and prioritize safety by keeping workspaces clean and organized. Foster strong relationships with coworkers and customers, ensuring punctuality and reliability throughout the shift. This role requires standing for the entire duration, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pulling or pushing weights up to 200 lbs. You must have reliable transportation to reach job sites in centrally located Twin Cities office buildings.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with small hand tools
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
- Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must be able to follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy
- Must be able to maintain accurate records and follow company processes
- Must be able to foster strong relationships with both coworkers and customers
- Must be able to take ownership of tasks and seek opportunities for cross-training
- Must be able to follow all prescribed safety rules and procedures
- Must be able to cooperate in every aspect of the company's safety program
