Job Summary
Directs Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Information Systems, and Human Resources for a single Bosch plant location; serves as the senior commercial plant leader and coordinates with regional and global business leaders across functions. Works with operations, engineering, sales and project management; plans and manages resource allocation to achieve short- and long-range goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Desirable Masters degree in Business, Finance or HR.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Logistics or HR Sr. leadership roles within manufacturing environment.
- Extensive understanding of manufacturing processes and systems within Bosch framework.
- Understanding of Bosch manufacturing system and environment.
- Advanced Spanish and English languages skill.
- Experience managing leaders of different disciplines.
- Required competence on: Business Strategy Development; Project Leadership; Supply Chain; Financial and Controlling Processes; Human Resource Strategy.
- Required skillset: Cross organizational Leadership - Expert; Strategic Thinking - Expert; Goal Orientation - Expert; Negotiation - Expert; Problem Solving - Proficient.
