Job Summary
Conduct accurate due diligence reviews and validate regulatory requirements for non-real estate secured loans, including Commercial and Industrial (C&I) loans. Analyze entity documents, reconcile variances between approvals and loan files, and draft compliant legal closing documents ensuring proper lien perfection. Provide quality control reviews during document preparation, resolve discrepancies with Business Partners, and elevate exceptions for appropriate approvals. Deliver loan documentation packets to the Line of Business while maintaining file coverage for team members and participating in departmental meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Commercial / business banking experience
- Experience with loan document origination systems (LaserPro preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study
- Experience with Core Processing / Loan tracking solutions
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
