Commercial Front Load Driver

Conduct complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, and safety equipment are operational. Safely operate a collection truck along designated routes, reading route sheets and servicing customers while adhering to company, state, and federal regulations. Perform manual and automatic controls to lift, load refuse, and dispose of material at disposal sites. Identify unsatisfactory waste containers, clean accidental spills, and maintain vehicle operational readiness by cleaning waste from the packer blade and truck body. Complete daily vehicle condition reports, route sheets, and productivity sheets to ensure timely service. Maintain adherence to safety policies, the ReSOP program, and productivity standards while interacting courteously with customers and dispatchers.
