Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Framing/Drywall/Metal Superintendent with 5+ years experience to lead construction projects. Responsibilities include managing building trades, ensuring compliance with schedule and quality, and maintaining relationships with teams and stakeholders. Experience in military or government construction preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Commercial Superintendent role, focusing on medium-sized projects in framing, drywall, metal, and doors
- Strong understanding of division 9 framing and drywall sequencing
- Proven success in relationship management
- Experience in construction management, including scheduling, quality control, and safety management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software such as Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications are required
Desired Qualifications
- Military, government, or large commercial construction experience is highly preferred, especially within the Design-Build environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- LEED GA/AP credential is desirable
