Job Summary
Manage critical operations financial areas for Commercial, Pricing, and Revenue Management by supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning for revenue and expense. Serve as the dedicated partner to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success leadership, translating complex data into actionable pricing and revenue strategies. Drive key cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, develop three-year long-range financial plans, and prepare corporate reporting including month-end results, variance analysis, and Board materials. Leverage advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and generative AI tools to automate analysis and enhance FP&A efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights and Netsuite
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of Financial statements (IS, BS, CF)
- 7+ years applicable work experience in a high growth environment preferably in technology or healthcare
- Proven experience and knowledge in revenue management and pricing
- Strong detail orientation and analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong AI skills, including a demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini in Google Sheets) to automate complex financial analysis, summarize insights from large data sets for corporate reporting and Board materials, and identify AI-driven solutions to enhance FP&A efficiency and scale support
- Expert MS excel / Google Sheets skills - candidate should be comfortable with financial modeling and working with large amounts of data
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including exceptional Excel/ Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills to convey data and storylines
- Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week
- Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OfficeConnect is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of GAAP (Accruals, COGS, and Capitalization versus Expense) a plus
