Job Summary
Fleet Sales role focused on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to promote and sell Courtesy’s automotive fleet solutions. Requires in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, strong negotiation and presentation skills, ability to tailor proposals to client needs, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include cultivating corporate relationships in the Phoenix metro area and nationwide, delivering product information and proposals, negotiating terms and pricing, collaborating with internal teams for delivery, maintaining sales activity records, and staying informed on industry trends. Requires CDJR experience and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Compensation includes uncapped commission with a base salary range of $115,000–$125,000 annually, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE CDJR EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in automotive fleet sales or a similar B2B sales role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
