Job Summary
Drive business growth by serving as the primary liaison between Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha and commercial fleet clients. Identify and pursue new opportunities within the commercial vehicle sector to drive sales, collaborate with internal teams to coordinate vehicle orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales service, and provide expert guidance on vehicle specifications, financing options, and maintenance plans tailored to client requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and client recommendations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and fleet inventory management. Engage with local businesses, municipalities, contractors, and fleet operators to build long-term partnerships and deliver industry-leading Ford trucks, vans, fleet management solutions, upfit services, financing options, and dedicated after-sale support.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated professional with strong relationship-building skills
- Sales experience preferred (automotive, commercial, fleet, B2B, construction, transportation, equipment, or related industries)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Organized and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
