Job Summary
Conduct installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV and fire/burglar alarm systems at regional commercial retail locations. Pull, identify, and terminate coaxial, Cat5, and Cat6 cables while safely operating man lifts, ladders, and scaffolds up to 25 feet. Work independently to service tickets and communicate progress to management. Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company across the Southern United States, with some long-distance travel as work warrants. Requires valid driver's license, clean record, and legal credentialing for Arizona fire alarm and low-voltage work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Intrusion and Fire Alarm experience in a large commercial/retail setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years
- Able to operate different types of aerial man lifts
- Legally licensed and credentialed for fire alarm and low voltage work in the state of Arizona and greater Phoenix area
Desired Qualifications
- Service experience in a large commercial/retail setting
- Previous troubleshooting experience with Bosch Fire/Burg Panels and Fire lite FACP
- Previous experience with systems used by large box retailers
- NICET Level III or ESA CAFT 2 or greater is preferred as a nationally recognized certification
