Job Summary
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial fire alarm systems while conducting routine testing and troubleshooting. Ensure all systems comply with local, state, and national fire codes, and educate clients regarding system operation and maintenance. Maintain accurate service reports and records while collaborating with team members and adhering to safety policies. Provide excellent customer service during service calls. Required Qualifications
- Valid Fire Alarm License (FAL) or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience servicing commercial fire alarm systems
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm system components, programming, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including climbing, lifting, and working in various environments
