Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and long-range commercial modelling to support growth plans across digital, marketplace, and supply chain channels. Strengthen inventory accuracy, optimise supply chain costs, and improve end-to-end operational efficiency while delivering actionable insights on margin performance, stock turns, and trading trends. Manage and develop finance professionals while partnering closely with operations, logistics, merchandising, and marketplace teams to maintain robust financial controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. This role suits a commercially minded leader within a privately owned e-commerce business.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' leadership experience in e-commerce, supply chain, retail, or marketplace environments
- Strong operational, inventory, and supply chain management expertise
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA or equivalent preferred
