Job Summary
Commercial Finance Specialist in food manufacturing, part of the Commercial Finance team reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager. Responsibilities include client database management (new clients, maintenance, updates), supporting sales teams (sales reps, inspectors, managers, KAMs, NAMs), agreeing turnovers with agents, processing credit and debit notes, customer and partner service, electronic transmission of invoices (EDI & AULA) and troubleshooting, managing monthly discounts across channels, Ex Van channel support (pricing, rebates), managing indirect sales data uploads, maintaining price lists, and contributing to process/system improvement projects related to the department. Requires a degree in economics, 3-5 years in a similar role, strong SAP SD experience, excellent English, MS Office skills, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Τίτλος σπουδών ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης
- 3-5 έτη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο
- Καλή γνώση SAP (SD module)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
- Καλή γνώση MS Office
- Δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης
- Διαχείριση προτεραιοτήτων
