Commercial Finance Regional Manager - APAC

Job Summary
Own the financial visibility of the APAC region by providing timely reporting to the GM and HQ, while building and managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis frameworks across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and HR. Drive cost control mechanisms, invoice/PO approval flows, and spending dashboards to strengthen fleet-related and operational expense management, then challenge business leaders with actionable insights to improve profitability. Support regional capital structure planning for funding, leasing, and insurance strategies in coordination with HQ Corporate Finance, manage APAC cash flow forecasting, and contribute to five-year financial plans for new business units or product launches.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, corporate finance, or FP&A
- ideally in a fast-paced or asset-intensive industry
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets
- familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, SQL)
- Proven track record of supporting management teams through data-driven financial insights
- Experience managing cash flow, investment modeling, or capital structuring projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly autonomous, structured, and comfortable owning results end-to-end
