Job Summary
Commercial Finance Manager to act as strategic financial partner to Sales, driving profitability and growth through financial analysis, investment evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for channel profitability optimization, partnering with Sales Strategy, developing growth strategies, analyzing current and future profitability, quantifying financial impact of initiatives, and reviewing account contracts and trade terms. Requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Accounting (MBA preferred), 7+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and familiarity with Adaptive Planning and Redshift/SQL. Location: Salt Lake City, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with Adaptive Planning and Redshift/SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
