Job Summary
Lead thoughtful, timely month-end reporting and financial analysis for Business Units, clearly telling the story of past performance and future expectations. Drive monthly forecasting and annual budget processes while measuring actuals against targets. Support business strategy development for annual Strategic Reviews and execute ad-hoc financial modeling to evaluate options and make recommendations. Continuously improve Finance & Accounting functions by identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to enhance reporting quality. Translate complex financial details for executive audiences including the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors. Work closely with commercial teams, supply chain, and finance colleagues to influence decisions and drive profitability. Perform routine and tactical financial work alongside high-level strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience with increasing responsibilities
- Strong ability to solve problems, prioritize and multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
- Ownership, accountability and ability to influence others
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships across functions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
